With over 13 years of working expertise in the background screening industry, Brittany Bollinger Boyle is the dynamic CEO and Founder of AB Global. Often referred to as the “youngest old-timer” in the industry, Brittany’s career journey started early when she attended the inaugural National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS now PBSA) conference at just 12 years old. This early exposure sparked a passion that has driven her to become a leading figure in the field, with a deep understanding of the industry’s evolution.
Brittany’s extensive experience spans across key areas including Operations, Verifications, Criminal Research, Account Management, and Sales. Her leadership was quickly recognized, as she became the youngest board member appointed to the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), previously NAPBS. Throughout her tenure, she played crucial roles such as Co-Chair of the Marketing Subcommittee within the Communications Committee and Chair of the Membership Relations and Retention Committee, driving forward important initiatives that helped shape the direction of the industry.
Recognizing a broken industry with critical gaps — including cutting corners, under-delivering, and a lack of customer-focused service — Brittany founded AB Global to provide tailored, customizable background screening solutions designed to meet the specific needs of each organization. Her vision was to raise expectations in the industry and to create The Gold Standard background screening service that blends quality, innovation, and attention to detail with a personal touch. Brittany also launched AB Global’s Screening University to educate HR professionals about background screening.
