AB Global may elect, in its sole discretion, to purchase patentable subject matter in Postings under an exclusive option exercisable for one year after submission. If exercised, the sole consideration will be USD $1,000 or value in kind at AB Global’s discretion, and you agree to execute necessary assignment documents.
